This is what I have to offer.
Thank you all for the kind words and e-mails. I appreciated everything each one of you said.
Last night Julie and I went to see Once. Please go see it and come back and tell me you liked it a lot.
Sometimes I see a movie I don't want to share. This is one of those, but I consider all of you the kind of people I would like to share this with. It is my thanks for being nice, thoughtful people. Thanks.

Dooce raved about the same movie. This one must be a terrific film.
I've also heard evangelizing about "The Lives of Others," a German movie about life during the secret-police East German era. I haven't seen either. I have, however, seen all three "Airport" disaster movies as well as "Earthquake," another '70s disaster flick. (Comcast On Demand! Kid who likes planes and natural disasters!)
I've heard this is a great movie. If you're recommending it, I'll check it out.
Thinking of you, M. xo
Yours is the second endorsement of this movie that I've read lately. Now I REALLY have to see it.
Thanks for the recommendation. I hadn't heard of it. Now, I'll check it out.
I live west of podunk, where Roadhouse is considered an art film.
maybe one day.
I hope you are well - or as well as can be.
I'm usually not down with the modern musicals. No Moulin Rouge or Chicago for me. But on your recommendation, I'll give it a try.
Loved it, loved it, loved it. Can't stop playing the soundtrack. Loved it.
